He has personally trained in every type of gym, mentored many other personal trainers, consulted & managed gyms/fitness studios, and owned his own successful transformation gym that has helped over 1000 people achieve their goals.

Now he works with clients all over the world, providing them with personalized coaching that works for them. He has multiple certifications in fitness, nutrition, and corrective exercise. What’s more, he is a behavioral change specialist - which means he knows how to help people make sustainable changes in their lives.

Over the last decade, he has invested over $100,000 to work with the top fitness, nutrition, mindset, and behavior change experts in the world.
